Earth Day
I was so disappointed today when I remembered it was Earth day... at 5:00pm. Much too late to whip up my fabulous tradition of Earth Cake! This began when I was making a cake for my cousin-law's birthday. I looked at the calendar and noticed that his Birthday happened to be on Earth Day.... so clever me, I made him an Earth cake and wrote "Happy bEARTHday" on the side. Yeah, I thought I was pretty clever. So then, I made one the next year for my family and we celebrated. I was pretty sad to have to forgo the tradition this year. I am sure my pal, Amme will be disappointed too.
